Ok to clarify right put of the gate, if you buy this new from this seller you do actually get the io plate unlike what was implied by other reviews…
Ok with that out of the way, my quick review. . . It works, it works quite well actually, i only put in a i3 14th gen 35watt t sku chip and i pared it with 64gb of ddr5 so i could deploy this into a n3 by jonabo with a 25gb nic for use with hexos(truenas spin) and so far it doesn’t disappoint. . .
I do wish somebody could print out an installation manual in english and simplified chinese for those of us who aren’t psychic and cant figure out the pinnout of the 8pin front panel, but with some sloothing i found the silk screen label over further on that side of the board but a bit far away and got it figured out. . . Honestly that was my only complaint so far, also i really wouldn’t mind better pcie like an 8x or even a 16x considering how many lanes we get on 14th gen it doesn’t seem to me like this is taking full advantage of those. . .
