The head is attached. Other than that, surprisingly comfy. If you don’t want the head, stuff it in the front so you don’t mess up the zipper. The mask is very uncomfy!!! Hard to breathe in, but the res tof the costume is comfy and wasy to use. The arms are a bit messy though, aswell.
