I am size XS I ordered the S and I have a narrow back and shoulders, I can wear it if I do not raise my arms and I try not to put my hands to my head haha So ask for one more size because nothing gives way, the fabric is quite good although it seems as if balls were going to come out of the touch with only once I put it on
