Seller sent wrong size to me. Only agreed to refund me if I shipped the jeans back. When I asked seller to give me a prepaid shipping label (it is very expensive to ship back to and this is seller mistake), seller offered a 10% refund for me to keep the jeans (?!?!).
I raised a dispute with and seller would not agree to refund despite evidence the wrong size was sent. Seller would only agree to refund if the jeans were returned, but never offered to pay for return shipping. eventually resolved the dispute in my favour (as they should, full refund, no return).
The jeans are good quality and seller shipped item fast. Also, happy with how resolved the issue/dispute. However, seller was very unreasonable in handling a mistake they had made and refuse to refund until forced them to do so, which just delayed my refund for an extra week.

Surprised with quality . I’m between 36 and 38 when pants run small . I ordered 38 and fit a little baggy . Will definitely look into another pair maybe in a different fit . Ty

The seller sent short pants, although I ordered long pants. Through the dispute returned 2/3 value. Sewing pants, like norms, but they do not fit like jeans, the fabric is also interesting. My opinion: Do not mess with these businessmen! But it’s up to you. All good and peace!

Raw denim not washed like their other offerings. Sizing chart is accurate but if you’re afraid it might be tight i would go a size up. Decent hardware.
