    I bought it to wear it inside normal pants when biktal. It is 175-74kg and the waist is about 32, and the size table is reported m size order. There is no problem with the waist, but the thighs are quite close. It’s a decent commodity.

    I am 1m90 for kg and the 5 xl which is the plus large size proposed is still too small, and the velcro is wrong in these conditions. I will therefore have to wear it under another clothes to hold it well (jacket for example).

I elected for a size large and was a perfect fit for me, being 5’7″ and 190 lbs. It’s very easy to put on. Simply unzip the front a wear it like a jacket.     I received my order almost in one and a week. It was a really quick delivery. I’m 1.70 and 75 kg. M really fits me well even with a Sweater underneath. I’m planning to put that protection on in the Summer, so it’s going to sit a little more comfortably over a tshirt. The material is more suitable for skating or for slightly lighter driving. But I still want to be protected a bit than not to be protected at all in the 35C ° hot days. The seller is really recommended. Thank you to everyone who worked before that.
