Ordered 2 boards. Sent 1. created a dispute. Decided to check the received. Powered 5 volts. Connected an IP camera through it. The red LED came on and that’s it. Spun the connectors. Zero! After 10 minutes, the Green LEDs flashed. Then they blinked and voila. Went ping. Connected a second camera. It’s still working.
