I ordered a 30m 8awg red and black cable pair. What i got was 2 orders of 15m 8awg cables. If i wanted 15m cables, i would have ordered 15m cables! I needed 30m cables to solarize my property. Not 30m of cable, 30m cables.
I’m also unable to communicate with the store. It takes me directly to customer service.
It also took over 35 days. Overall a horrible experience.
