Inside. Thank you, super happy with it, it’s not my first order regarding this Brand, I like it paint well, of course using a UV/LED lamp. Topcoat I paint 2x, first x 60sec, second X 90sec, you do not need to wipe it, it leaves no adhesive layer, remains with gel polish at least 3 weeks or more.
