I never received this product because it was excluded from the combined delivery package. I had a very difficult time trying to prove to aliexpress dispute team and the package was not included when in all honesty, they should have have proved to me that it WAS included. The dispute team and refund process is terrible, reps are untrained and don’t understand the problems. I would advise contacting EVA the customer service rep icon and chatting with a live agent. They will then translate the problem and give it to the appropriate people. I have spend so many hours trying to get refunds. I have been ordering for 8 years but now the customer service has declined. Other problems like coupons not working, partial refunds….be careful, it is not so easy to get a refund from AE.
